Class begins by connecting to the breath through movement in an energizing flow.

After moving the body through a dynamic,approachable, and fun vinyasa sequence, end with finding stillness through a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a practice typically done while lying in Savasana; the physical body finds rest while the mind experiences a sense of deep freedom. This Vinyasa and Meditation class will leave you feeling nourished, grounded, and calm.

All levels are welcome.
