A vitalizing ”wake up” class where we tune in with gentle waves of mindful breathing and movement, followed by a more dynamic vinyāsa sequence to open up, stabilize and energize body and mind through a strengthening flow of awareness. Tuning out with a calming closing sequence before taking rest in pure stillness. After this you are ready to happily greet the day!
